If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, customers may refer to the Return & Refund Policy.
For prepaid orders, approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to banking timelines.
Pearloc LLP reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion.

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon successful delivery.
8. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
