Exchange and Refund policy
Rules:
- We accept Refund or exchange requests within 48 hours of delivery.
- All the tags should be intact.
- We Deduct Shipping cost for Refunds.
We offer two refund options for your convenience:
- Instant Store Coupon, issued immediately in 2 Days after pickup.
- Bank Account Refund, processed after the item is received and verified at our warehouse. Please allow 7–10 Business days for completion.
Exculsions :
- Products Customised for Length or anything personally cannot be exchanged or returned.

Our courier will pick up your current item(s). Your new item(s) will be on their way within 3–5 business days.
Return Request Submitted!
Our courier will pick up your item within 48 hours. Once we receive and inspect it, your refund will be processed.
