Exchange and return policy

Exchange/ Return Policy
  • We accept return requests within 48 hours of delivery for products.
  • All the tags should be intact, the product must not be damaged or used.
  • Pearloc reserves the right to rejected any exchange or return request based on the policy.
    Exculsions :
  • Discounted or sale products can only be exchanged for the same product in a different size as per availability.
  • Discounted or sale products cannot be returned under any scenario.
  • Customised products cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Clearance sale products cannot be exchanged or returned in any scenario.
How long does it take to exchange ?
  • Once you have placed an exchange request, we will review the request and book a pickup within 48 hours
  • After the product is picked up, it usually takes about 4-6 working days for us to receive and check the product
  • After the product has been checked, the new product is shipped and reaches you within 2-4days
How long does it take to get the refund?
  • Once you have placed an return request, we will review the request and book a pickup within 48 hours
  • After the product is picked up, it usually takes about 4-6 working days for us to receive and check the product
  • After the product has been checked, the refund is initiated within 24 hours
  • In case of prepaid orders, the refund will reflect in the original payment source within 7-10 working days
  • In case of COD orders, you will receive a link from Razorpay through text message and email & you can enter your bank details there for the refund. COD charge of ₹50 will not be refunded.
Can I exchange or return sale/discounted products?
  • In case you bought a product at a discounted price, it can only be exchanged for a different size.
  • Returns or exchanges with a different product are NOT accepted - any such requests will be rejected.
My pickup is not happening
  • After a pick up request is initiated, the pickup usually happens within 48 hours
  • If you are unavailable at the time of pickup or the pickup gets cancelled for any reason beyond our control more than 2 times, you will be required to ship the product to our warehouse at your own expense.
I received the exchanged product and want to exchange/return it again
  • You can exchange any product one time only.
  • If you have any size or fitting issue, mention your vitals, for a custom perfect fit on first exchange.
I have received a damaged product
  • In case of a damaged product, the exchange or return request must be raised with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery
  • In case the damage is not reported within 48 hours, the request will be rejected
